Venue

The Galley Restaurant & Bar: Client will have complete exclusive use of our outdoor patios as well as indoor dining rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors of restaurant.  Seating will be available for up to 200 people. Two bathrooms are available inside the restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floor.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Form and Time of Payment. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. As of the date of the contract, 50% of the contract is due to guarantee the reservation. All reservations are taken on a "first come, first serve basis". Additional payments set forth on the contract shall be paid on or before the due date. Additional charges which may have accumulated thereafter are due on or before the Event Date. Cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are acceptable terms of payment.
2. Payment Via Credit Card. A surcharge in the amount of 3% of the transaction will be charged for payment made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. When issuing refunds, we will refund any checkout fees that were charged - including partial refunds. For example, if a 50% refund is issued, 50% of the surcharge will be refunded.
3. Cancellation. If Customer cancels greater than seven (7) days prior to the Event Date or Delivery Date, whichever occurs first, Customer shall not have to pay the unpaid amount of the rental fee, but Customer shall not receive a refund any payments already made to The Galley Restaurant, LLC. If Customer cancels seven (7) days or less before the Event Date or the Delivery date, whichever occurs first, the unpaid portion of the fee and charges contemplated under this agreement are due and deemed nonrefundable. The Galley Restaurant, LLC is not responsible for or obligated to refund any portion of the contract rental fee due to inclement or severe weather or otherwise (a “Disruptive Event”). If a Disruptive Event occurs within the within the period seven (7) day period prior to the Event Date or the Delivery date, whichever occurs first, the only remedy Customer shall have is to re-schedule the event on a date and time that The Galley Restaurant, LLC has available. No refunds will be granted.
4. Indemnity/ Hold Harmless. Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from all injury or damage. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Galley Restaurant, LLC from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, judgments, assessments, fines, attorneys' fees and cost, of every kind and nature, including but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage to property, arising out of this agreement, the use, maintenance, instruction, operation, possession, ownership or rental of the items rented, however caused, except claims or litigation arising through the sole negligence or willful misconduct of The Galley Restaurant, LLC. Customer shall not be liable to the extent of The Galley Restaurant's negligence.
5. Assumption of Risk/ Release- Discharge of Liability. Customer is fully aware and acknowledges there is a risk of injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items rented hereunder and herby elects to voluntarily enter into this Rental Agreement and assume all of the above risks of injury or damage. Customer agrees to release and discharge The Galley Restaurant, LLC from any and all responsibility or liability from such injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items; and Customer further agrees to waive, release and discharge any and all claims for injury or damage against The Galley Restaurant, LLC.
